Is there such an app which tells me at least the city and state a caller is from when my phone rings? Android and apple seem to have this built in.

The closest I found was true caller id, but it doesn't show the callers info until you either missed the call or completed.

I'd be interested in something like this, don't do voicemail and get many calls I don't answer.

I thought this was network specific... or at least I've never seen it available with my network.

You could always go the long way and Google the area code... not ideal...

I do that a lot since I don't answer most calls if I don't recognize the number. Usually Google the whole number and get a good idea of where or who the call was from. A bit of a pain, but ehhh.

If there was caller ID though, I'd definitely appreciate it.

Googling the area code is not really helpful. I've done that before and sometimes a couple of websites said the number was from the UK, while later it turned out to be from my own country (The Netherlands).
And what about double area codes in neighbouring countries? For example, The Hague, Netherlands has 070, but Antwerp, Belgium has 070 as well.
