Call from unknown number then switched to contact

I called a contact from my contacts list, when the person picked up they said it sounded like a propeller was running next to the phone. After hanging up and redialing, my phone received a call from an unknown number. The unknown number then switched to the contact in my contacts list. I picked up the call and it sounded fine on both ends with clicks periodically. When I checked my call log I did not have a missed call from an unknown number. Is this a fluke with my blackberry passport or some kind of spyware/hack?

Delete the contact, clear call logs and do a hard reset. I always do that first if something glitchy happens and everything usually works fine afterwards.
