I have a missed call from a number that is not listed in my contacts. I want to see whether I have interacted with that number before because I am pretty sure I recognize it. How can I easily check that? On one of my previous phones, Q10 or Curve, it was possible to press an I and then the history of that number would appear. Every phone call, every text message. Where can I find that feature?

I think you can find it in 2 places.

    1) in the hub where the number shows up you can long press on it
    2) in the phone app you can also long press on said number

    Hope those solutions help

I believe this feature only works if you have them as a contact. You can check "Activity" on the contact card. But that doesn't help in your particular situation. I don't believe that's something they carried over from BBOS to BB10.

Too bad, I really liked that feature. I wonder if there are other users who like it as well. Am I the one who would like to have it back?

No, you're not. I'd like it back, too.

Search for the phone number in the calls section of the hub

On my AT&T Classic running official carrier 10.3.1 you can just type the number in at the Home Screen and it will bring up all interactions.

On my AT&T Passport running official carrier 10.3.1 you just:

    Go to Phone icon
    Tap Calls
    Tap All
    Find the number
Tap the ARROW next to the number
A row then drops down underneath the number
Tap the (i) symbol and it will displays interactions.

*You may be able to do this from the Home Screen on the Passport, like the Classic but I've just always used the phone app for the Passport...

This doesn't show all interactions. Missed calls are listed separately from other calls + it only shows consecutive calls ++ that were made on the same day

If you miss a call at 1155pm, 1159pm and at 1201am, the 1201 will be grouped separately. Likewise, if you miss a call at 1201, receive a call at 1205, and miss another call at 1206 they will all be grouped separately

To get a full history, you have to manually search the phone number from within the call section of the hub
