Is BlackBerry actually still releasing updates for the browser?

No, except for a tiny update in 10.3.3 and I believe that was for security certificates. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. It is very doubtful that any more updates will come, ever.

Correct. And unfortunate. The browser is starting to have problems.

Agreed that the browser is definitely showing its age.

No, it's cool guys, we can still use BB10 for like calls and emails and texting and basic browsing, right?

Oh wait, browsing isn't working that well either?

Still working well for me (for the moment, at least). I'm sure that when it doesn't most will move on. It's an evolution----in the fullness of time and all that.

I don't think the browser has been updated since 2014. It's been showing its age for a while. Still good for most purposes, though.

I am just wondering about some specific scenarios for other BlackBerry 10 users to give as examples.

I will be honest and that I love BlackBerry 10 and to this point, I can't pinpoint any specific issues with the browser yet. I don't do much on my browser other than basic things.

Are there specific sites? Any apps on BlackBerry World that can assist?

I know a friend of mine got Google Chrome working on his a while ago but he has switched to Priv and not looking back.

I am just asking these questions so I can try and avoid the pitfalls of the support over the next little while. I am hoping to keep my Passport as long as possible as its a functioning phone for the time being.

    Thanks for any assistance

And email doesn't work for many of us neither... cause BB10 isn't support by most MDM out there
