First, you're on a VERY outdated OS. Up date to OS 10.3.2.2789

I have several Plantronic blue tooth including the Voyager! They all run with no problem what so ever.on my Passport and Z10 and I'm also on AT&T!
Update the OS and you won't have any problems.

    Couple of things.
    1. Get the latest firmware for your Plantronics.
    2. Get the Plantronics hub app (android) so you can play with the settings.

The Plantronics voyager legend has a sensor that allows it to tell whether or not it is on your ear. This allows it to transfer the call back-and-forth between your phone and the legend. It's caused me some problems before, and it may be the culprit here. The Plantronics hub application should be able to turn that on or off for you.
