I try to pair my new Microsoft universal foldable keyboard via Bluetooth. Initially it apparently worked although I received the following message on my BB "Can't connect. Visit the website for this Bluetooth enabled device. Download the required app". Anyway, if I wanted to reconnect it, I could not reuse the device saved in the list of my Bluetooth devices. I had to delete it from the list and select it again. This worked four-five times. Nothing changed in the meantime but now, after the usual message ("Can't connect. Visit the website for this Bluetooth enabled device. Download the required app") the keyboard turns off its Bluetooth indicators and it does not work anymore.

Any suggestion please? Do I have to download any software?

    Regards

Where did you download the app from?

If it was amazon app store, it's a good possibility that the app is an Android app and may not work well with the Passport.
