    Hello,
    I recently bought a 4g sim and was putting it in z10 but it got stuck .After hours of trying i was able to remove it .During this process its one pin got detached .My phone is still in warranty .So will blackberry cover it or i have to pay for it

    Hi,
    Depends on your local consumer laws. Here in the UK, the retailer has to provide a 1-year warranty on all consumer electronics. I would fancy my chances of getting a repair out of a retailer. If you are falling back on BlackBerry warranty, you are probably out of luck. Their warranty support is poor and hard to access even if you have a strong case, which you don't (accidental damage).

    Blackberry does not cover physical damage on their phones. Especially a phone that came out in 2013.
