    It says an error has occurred and it must be closed. Asked me to try again after a few minutes, but after a day, it's the same thing. It happened a week ago but after the update, it worked properly. Now it's giving me headache. Am I the only one?

    What update?

    Ordinarily I would say do a full backup, then a security wipe, and then just resotre your data and do not resotre any settings from the backup. But there is a question about the OS you are running. That could be an issue, don't know.

    There was a system update some weeks back. I'm not sure if it's because of it but intermittently, I would have a problem connecting. Someone told me to slide down the top for 30 seconds, which I did. It temporarily resolved it, but it's recurring. I tried to turn off wifi and use 4g which kind of resolved it. I don't know.. I'm in Singapore and under Singtel (if any of you is aware of it).

    It's Same to me from long time, for all my blackberry device, sometimes works and most not work, it's only the problem with my provider, but if I change the sim or wifi with another provider it's work fine!!!!

    Try clearing the cache. Swipe down , go to setings->general. Once in there, click refresh BlackBerry world

    It happens to me too, and as @aleid has said, it related to our provider.
    The issue stops when I use wifi or change provider.

    I'm using BlackBerry Passport. It doesn't have general settings. I used to be able to access it on wifi, but I noticed that now I can only access it using 4g. I don't wanna use up my data plan especially if I'm downloading apps..
