Glad to know. Although I am not using BlackBerry Travel heavily at the moment -- I did during recent trip to Indonesia, I hope the fix comes soon.

I don't believe the linked KB is related to this issue. I have no problem logging into BlackBerry Travel. It does not work when I'm in the application.

This is the issue. They are just wording it this way. They mean logging in when you reinstall the app - same as the sync problem.

I have been discussing this with a tech support person. They have got this. We just have to wait for the fix. They have also read this thread and others on the subject.

But, are the trip details you are adding/editing also showing up on your calendar? Also, are you able to add/edit on website, and have those same add/editing show up in the app and calendar?

Auto scanned trip details are captured and added to the calendar. I had to manually add hotel information since it didn't pick up a PDF confirmation attachment. I was able to edit within the app and all details are captured in my calendar.

Noticed this yesterday on a business flight which was delayed by about 2hr. Since I have upgraded to BB10 I noticed that this app experience is significantly inferior. No timely updates on gate changes or departure times. On my torch the BlackBerry travel experience was reliable and absolutely wowed all of my colleagues who were on other platforms.

I have the same issue. On my old Blackberry, BB Travel was so incredibly awesome. Liked the reviewer above stated, it wowed my colleagues. Since I got the Passport, BB Travel has become very unreliable to me. How does an Upgrade to a newer OS cause a BB app to under perform. Can someone explain to me how the upgrade to BB 10 OS is causing apps to perform worse??? I can't even get my boarding card from Air Canada on my Passport anymore...it seems like I am going backwards with my Passport.

Sadly, BlackBerry of late has a history of taking 3 steps forward and 4 steps backward.
