Best make a backup plan.

Either log in to BlackBerry travel using the web browser or use TripIT or worldmate?

I just went to the web based version of BlackBerryTravel and tried to add a rental car for my trip on Friday and it won't let me. I click the link to add it to my current trip and nothing happens.

Can confirm. I can no longer log in to the app. The website is working fine.

I have tweeted BB and BB_UK. I don't know where else to raise support tickets.

Try tripcase. I was looking at it on my mom's iPhone and it looks pretty good. It's from Sabre and there is an Android version.

Tripit is better, but on BlackBerry I'm using only BlackBerry travel. Because it's a native app and it's running really good. But the last days, it's not running good

But, are the trip details you are adding/editing also showing up on your calendar? Also, are you able to add/edit on website, and have those same add/editing show up in the app and calendar?

I had this same issue for BB phones I gave my parents. I have a thread on it elsewhere. The solution was to login to BB Travel from the web, delete your account, do a security wipe on the phone you are giving away, and then recreate your account on the web.

I've always done a security wipe of all phones I give away.

The only hesitation I have of deleting my account and recreating it is... will all my travel history be gone? I kind of want to keep the history running for my own personal trip/travel record.

2. Your version of BlackBerry Travel (if you can, open the app, swipe down from the top to Settings and the version is listed at the top. If Travel will not open, then open your BlackBerry AppWorld > MyWorld > Installed and tap on BlackBerry Travel to see what version is installed.

Yeah, same thing here. First I tried to book a car through Blackberry travel but I received a 'problem with booking' error. So I had to book directly through the Europcar website which was supposedly updated in Blackberry Travel but wasn't. Mr. Chen businesspeople need reliable business tools, come on!

Travel not working Geeze guys we start getting good news from BlackBerry i.e. returning to positive numbers and then BlackBerry Travel starts having issues.
Please fix this as soon as possible

The email monitoring works but if you install it on your personal side and you get travel info in your work email, it won't be able to scan. You need to install it on the work side. Not sure if that's your situation but food for thought.

Looks like some on the wire protocol is updated on the BlackBerry server-side without corresponding tests and fixes on the client-side. This reminds me of the update from BlackBerry World the completely broke BlackBerry Maps.

They have already setup a KB on this issue. They have been able to reproduce the problem and are working on it right now.
