    But there are no updates.

    I'm having the exact same issue on my Q10. I've added the trip, it's showing on http://travel.blackberry.com yet it won't show up in the app. I tried re-installing it, and that didn't help. Any ideas?

    After some extensive troubleshooting, I was able to figure out what my issue was. What it turns out was happening is that the BB Travel account on my BlackBerry that was associated to my BBID account was different from the one I was using at travel.blackberry.com.

    The way I figured that out was by closing my account via the app (swipe from the top of the screen down within the app, then select "selecting", go to the bottom of that screen, and select "close account"). I received an e-mail confirmation after my account was closed, and when I looked at the "to" address within, I could see that it was associated to my old BB World e-mail address, which I had changed a while ago. Anyhow, after closing the account, when re-launching the app, it will ask you for your BB Travel username & password. Use the ones that you used on travel.blackberry.com, and that will associate your current account to your BBID you're currently using on the BB, and you'll be all set.

    Hopefully this helps anyone else out there, experiencing the same issue :-)
