    I was having an issue with my Passport and did not want to go through my own tech guys, as they are handling our change over on phone equipment. Well it has been top notch, phone calls to check, follow up e mails to find out more info as well as letting me know that they are working on the issue. I have to give BlackBerry a Double WOOF!

    Well Done!

    PS I did not tell them that I am a corporate customer, this is my private Passport.!

    Must share mine now.

    Microsoft messed up big time O365 partnering with BES Cloud. It took MS a MONTH to finally sort out the issue, but throughout, BlackBerry engineers on the case were in touch, assisting and chasing MS.

    Even after BES Cloud was declared EOS and EOL, they, with me, diligently pushed forward until the issue got resolved.

    Kudos to BlackBerry Support

    Opposite experience from mine. BlackBerry would not honor their manufacturer's warranty because I purchased my Passport from BH Photo, despite being a licensed reseller like Amazon, and despite being well within my 1-year warranty (purchased in late August 2015).

    BlavkBerry is often shady about this stuff.

    The BlackBerry rep actually called BH and spoke to their cell phone advisor/rep. BH didn't think it was their responsibility to repair my Passport either.

    In fact, BlackBerry wanted me to send it to BH, then BH send it to BlackBerry, then have me wait 8-10 weeks for a repair. The issue was bad hardware; just died one day, no physical user damage.

    I said no way, I have morals, that's not right. And so I bought an iPhone.

    My sim cover broke the first time I took it off so I contacted BlackBerry, they had a replacement to me in 3 days (not bad from Canada to uk!)

    I think I got lucky, but I have nothing but praise for them !
