I'm about to order a SE Passport and want to ask if anyone has gone through the process of returning a device that lives in Ontario? My main concern is running into problems with the site if I don't like the size of the phone. Also, what's the shipping fee like for returns?

Go into a store first to try a device, I had my first look at the Passport at a Telus store.
Returns for technical issues is by prepaid FedEx but can't comment if they still give you a prepaid shipping slip if its because you don't like the size of the device.

Go to a carrier with a BlackBerry demo unit and play with it to make sure it is what you want.

I got mine from Crackberry Canada and they do charge 20% restocking fee for returns if reason is not a technical concern. I imagined I would pay for shipping as well.

Glad mine came in a good package and unit is what I expected.
