I own the SE but its kinda new.

1. Fastest phone I ever used
2. No delay in calls. I like the speaker mode.
3. The speed and fluidity of bb10
4. Stainless steel gets cold if I let the phone in the cold. Of course using for a minute or two then back to normal.

6. Yes. This might be the last great true BlackBerry bb10 device
7. I would say yes. I constantly check device monitor and never saw drop below 1 gb for the free memory. But then again, im very light on apps and no android whatsoever.
8. Nop. Upgraded to. 2474 yesterday and no noticeable decrease so far.

Yes, some lag since the last BBM update. Slight delays in apps opening.

Nope

Love the wide screen, the touch keyboard (can't use my Q10 now that I've become used to the PP one).

Can't think of a thing.

Yes. It's an awesome device and I'll use it 'till it dies.

You can never have anough RAM!! But seriously, sometimes I find lag or apps crash if I have a few heavy one open at the same time.

2. No noticable difference between the two (I have both).
3. The keyboard.
4. It heats up in the upper-right corner.
5. A Priv if funds would allow it. Probably not.
6. Yes, why not?

8. No. The swipe up works better on the Z30 IMO.

1. Yes. In Alpha Zero (BB10 native) game at some later scenarios. And in virtually all Android apps.

2. No. (But I haven't used a Z30.)

3. The form factor, which is pretty close to ideal one (144 mm by 89 mm).

4. The keyboard layout, which looks nice, but actually was designed poorly.

5. No. I never buy the same thing twice.

6. Yes. Why not?

7. Yes, for my needs.

8. No. But I've just used my SE for two months.

I've got 3 passports, Original Black and White, and Silver Edition my main device!

Running 10.3.2.2789 leak (non destructive Sachesi)

Here are the answers to your question

1. No lag or stutterings
2. No delay in answering calls
3. It is a unique device, wide screen, gesture based keyboard and great typing experience
4. I'm happy with my SE in every way by far one of the best device out there, nothing to dislike (my opinion)
5. Silver Edition is something I think I will use for a long time, it will be my main device even if I purchase another device!
