Hello all. My Passport is approximately one year old, and last night the battery was drained. I tried charging it overnight with my normal cord, and since have tried two other cords that are working on other devices.

There is no sign of life, no blinking lights whatsoever.

I purchased the phone direct from ShopBlackberry, so I can't call my carrier?

What can I do at this point? Any tips and tricks? Thank you. =(

Have you tried to plug it into the computer?

Not this again. Do other phones/tablets not charge if drained?

You could search for "stack charging" in the PlayBook section and see if that works

All other phones and tablets are charging.

Just the Passport is showing no signs of life. I plugged it into different outlets, used different charging cubes. I can't accept that its dead just because I didn't immediately charge it when the battery is drained. =( I feel so lost.

It worked!!! This is the first time I've heard of Stack charging. (I've been a loyal BB user since 2007- pretty much all BB for my entire adult life). Thank you so much. And the weird thing is it is 100% charged?

So bizarre. Thank you Crackberry Nation.

It happened with the PlayBook and Z30 and I don't know how many other BlackBerry's cause I haven't owned any others but I think I have read about it happening to other models on here too.

I don't know that I would trust that reading. But bizarre is right.

I had to stack charge my PlayBook...
Never ran any of my other BlackBerry's down to that poinnt.

    BB10 phones I had:
Z10 for about a year and half, moved to Q10 for a week, then purchased a Z30, but when I saw the Passport - I had to get it.

Posted from my Passport... You've been BlackBerried!
