    About to buy a white passport for BlackBerry shop in US. My second black BlackBerry Passport also has loose screen so sending it back to amazon.

    Anyways, I will be using it in Middle East. There is a disclaimer that it won't work on some US providers. Any risk for it not to work in Middle East?

    Is there a hardware limitation?

    It will work just as well as the black SQW100-1.

    I would however recommend that you buy from Amazon, unless you absolutely have to buy from ShopBlackBerry (cheaper, shipping restrictions, etc.) I believe Amazon sells all three colors as well.

    I have the black and red ones, and I was in Dubai in January and they worked great. I bought one from Shop BlackBerry and Amazon and used my T-Mobile sim from here and it was all fine.

    From one of the threads with coupons. There are other codes as well if this don't work.

    As long as the carrier you will be using supports the Bands and type of frequency then you should be good to go with the correct SIM card.

    Amazon hasn't done coupons for the Passport yet. So this is most likely for ShopBB.

    Thanks. This is second BlackBerry Passport from amazon that I am now to return. Reason: loose screen. Almost afraid to buy another BlackBerry Passport from them, but beside this issue amazon is great...

    Quick question. Got my White BlackBerry Passport from BlackBerry shop in US. Is the BT MAC address printed on the box the same as the MAC address for the WiFi on the device? Reason I ask: The two MAC addresses are different.... Seems like the device in the box is not the device that was made for box...

    I've used my passport with etisalat while in dubai, and I know my customer has used his with du

    Middle East carrier are not US carriers! They allow subscriber to use their devices with any carrier
