So the device did boot... what was the last step you completed in the setup process? If it asked about updates... that can take a while...
Agreed updates can take a while to upload,download and install. Much faster to updateconnecting the device to BBLink.

This is Hardware Problem ? or Software Problem ? Corrupt RAM ?
Tried all Possible things
1. Press Power for 10 Sec
2. Volume UP + Down
3. Power + Volume Down
4. Removing SD card
Trying to connect to BB Link
But no solution
Had the same issue.
Reflashing radio + core did nothing. Before that Hub and apps had been crashing.
Those phones have had no support for over a year.
Wipe and move on.
