I have noticed something. When I take out my sd card my phone is faster and is more fluid...is there something wrong bout the sd card. I'm using the sandisk ultra class 10 64 gb card. Also my pp gets warm while using Google maps. Is it normal???

The bigger the card the more it has to index, it will probably make it a little slower, depends on the contents; the OS has a separate Media Library for SD card files and is monitoring it for Media changes.

I have an OG PP & the same SD card. But when I take a picture that is saved on it, it shows me a file broken like a corrupt file or linklost and then I can't delete it. Any idea? I'm lost, thanks

Does the size matter? Or brand? I'm shopping around for one.

I just bought a 64gb SanDisk ultra SD card. I have about a little over a third of the space used. I think I am having a reverse effect. It has made my device faster and the battery a little better.

I would recommend this SD card.

Keep it backed up, high capacity SanDisk cards are known to break, mine did and I lost a lot of data
