I would download the autoloader that last worked on your device and try that first. I am not sure you can go backwards tho...you tried an upgrade, correct? go back to the previous OS and see if you can load that.

876. Isn't that the att one? Load 2813 or 2318 whatever. for best play store support.

Yes, I tried an upgrade. It seems that 876 upgrade it's not the right one for BB Passport SE SQW100-4. I'll try to go back by to the previous one. Thank you.
The Silver Passport launched with 10.3.3.2339, I think. Nothing earlier would work.
I bought my Passport SE with OS version 10.3.2.836. I have never seen in my Passport the version 10.3.2.2339. I don't know which one is updated version (new one). So if I load OS with Sachesi, which one should I pick? 2813 or 2339?
