It happens very rarely on my Passport (once a month or several weeks). But is that normal that screen sometimes freezes and isn't responsive anymore? I could get away of it if I turn screen face down to standby.

It did reload. But like I said it happens very rarely. Maybe an occasionally bug.
I'll observe it for the time, maybe I don't need to again. If it happens again soon I try it, thx

Only using browser, which then freezes the whole phone up. Only a reboot fixes.

Reload the OS using an Autoloader. That should take of the problem.

No. You'll have to start from scratch and rebuild your phone. But at least the bug will hopefully be gone.
