    4 days after the end of the warranty on my Passport.
    my BBPassport stop to connect and can t connect to SFR operator ( France ) .
    since now nothing , no telephone , no calls , no internet 4G/3G/2G.
    i put new SIM Card , still continue .......
    by what i read this can be , Antenna , Hard Drive, Motherboard.
    if anyone have idea ? or if somebody have the same problem ..

    Welcome to the club !

    You'll find several threads here describing this same issue and after reading through the threads, you'll discover the following ;

    1) Blackberry has officially known about this issue since April 26th and has three open tickets ; JI 318660, JI 1320955, JI 932322

    2) There is no resolution for this issue at this time

    3) Third party repair shops know about this issue and cannot help

    4) The device is pretty well useless without the ability to connect to a cellular network

    Many passport owners on this site have shared their disbelief that this issue even exists. However, I suspect their time will come as "membership" in this club continues to grow !

    Like the rest of us, you're now faced with the dilemma of waiting for a fix (that may never come) or shelling out for a new phone and cutting your losses.

    Realistically, how could you expect club members to buy another Blackberry after this experience ?

    I have had this issue for 18+ months now. No fix will ever be made. I have made peace with this and use it for streaming music in my office and pretend it never was a working phone. I now use a Priv and not sure what my next will be when it gives up. I suggest you use your back up device, whatever that is, and make use of a mini tablet in the form of a passport

    In some cases, the specific Carrier has enabled WIFI calling and will, in all probabilities work fine. In my own case, Rogers has not.
