    My mobile hotspot is not working since I bought the mobile. I went to the seller and they said it's a software issue and we have to downgrade the os version to 10.2, we did so and the mobile hotspot worked well but all apk apps stopped working even amazon store and third party apps that I downloaded from BBW stopped too so, I updated the os to 10.3 and accordingly the mobile hotspot stopped working again.

    Moreover , the notifications hub suddenly disappeared two days ago, I restarted the mobile but nothing happened.
    Do I have to return the mobile to the seller and get my money back or there is a solution?
