    Hello everyone,
I bought used blackberry passport recently. However, its blackberry id is under unknown email id and seller do not have any access to former user to ask for password and reset it. Blackberry protection feature is also enabled. Is there anyway I can change blackberry id.

    Thanks

As the others have said, get your money back.

If the seller doesn't have the BBID, that is normally a sign the device was lost/stolen.

With the new 10.3.2.xxxx OS's, it is not possible to switch users or reset the device without the currently in use BBID, regardless if BB-protect is on or off.
The new Anti-Theft protection provided by BlackBerry mean the device is completely useless when locked down.
    It is a brick.
