How do those look when folded. I am not a bluetooth headset guy and never will be so I was curious how those cases are going to work, look, etc when using the passport.

I have a tiffany leather and am guessing a levenger leather passport holder. Great coverage to protect the BlackBerry Passport but when folded back over it seemed kind of bulky.

At first, I am also disappointed why none oem case never have a cutout for led.
But after some user review of the oem flip case where the cutout led never line up properly at all time, it becomes none essential to me.

First flip shell case I've used that had an led cutout was for the Q5. It worked wonderfully so I really hope the passport leather flip case can provide a similar experience

Exactly. I was thinking about that. I've always loved BlackBerry holsters. I'm currently looking for one that is especially made for passports.

It is genuine leather. The fit and finish is superb. Definitely worth the $$$.

I just bought the pdair pouch with clip.
Should be arriving next few days.
Has a sleep magnet. However no cut out for led. May have to improvise and put one in my self.
Got it from ebay for 20pounds delivered from Hong Kong.

Was impressed as you can customise too. I got black with red stitching.

Will post pics when i receive it.

There now seems to be a version of the PDair Pouch that has a cut out at the top that may well let you see the flashing LED. It's called the Version 3.

As an alternative the TETDED company makes a Similiar case but much higher quality and does not require an adhesive to secure the device. I ordered the dijon ii case w/sleeper magnet. It has a case type attachment to the device and the leather is much higher quality.

I was walking by the local Telus store yesterday and figured I would go see if they had some of the BlackBerry Leather flips in.
They had a few instock, so I asked the rep if I could look at one.
He took it out and we put my PP into it.
Now this is my own opinion...
But wow! What a absolute crappy piece of junk case! I was trying the black one. It honestly felt like a cheap piece of plastic with some kind of cheap knock off leather wrap on it. I get that it was brand new and not broken in, but still completely impractical to type with. And that whole adhesive backing thing, I don't see that being a secure solution at all.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my PP. I am glad I made the switch back to BlackBerry, but this lack of availability of cases is discouraging.

I switched from the Note 3 where there was an abundant supply of choices, so I am a bit spoiled. I used to rock a S View cover on my Note. An amazing case! Not much design and creativity needs to go into a flip case, it just has to work. Something BlackBerry didn't quite understand with this one!

On another side note, just release the damn leather pocket pouch and holster already and more people will be happy!
