Hello, while I'm struggling to make WhatsApp work properly (see my other thread here), the perfomance of my battery has dramatically decreased: it lasts for 4/5 hour. Unecceptable as you can guess.
Should I format my Passport and install everything from the backup?
Is there a way to update firmware/os?
Any other suggestion on things to check?

Check your device monitor, battery usage, last 12 hours and find the culprit. This has happened several times to me, the latest was android dropbox merrily chomping at the battery, I just closed it, problem solved.
