    Hi guy's. Does anyone know why passport is getting heatup in a norm course of usage. Secondly why it's battery is draining so fast as it still has a good battery of 3500 mah. Anybody has any solution or update pls help me out!. Thanks

    How many power chewing android apps have you got on the device? That is the most likely cause but there are other reasons.

    You can find out which app is causing the battery drain in your "device monitor". (I don't know if that's the English word for it because I'm German but something like that)

    Like was mentioned, check out what's running using Device Monitor (I set it on my Quick Settings menu so I can jump into it easily). Also, periodically reset/restart the phone to kill apps that go rogue and keep running in the background when you don't want them to. There are times some apps seem to get "stuck", then the phone heats up and the battery plummets. A force restart or two and everything will smooth out again.

    Q10new guy is right, I occasionally will re boot the phone when I find its draining my battery unusually fast. Fixes the problem.
