    Somebody please help me with a solution.
    My passport's front camera is not loading.
    When trying to open its showing pop up that 'camera can't be started'.
    I have tried security wipe couple of times.
    However the camera loaded around 3 4 times without any issues. From 2days it's not loading at all.
    Tried BBVE but it's showing no permission to access camera. But rear camera test was fine.
    Just started using it 3 days back.
    Running on latest version OS.
    Friends, Please help me with some suggestions.
    I am totally devastated :-(

    What kind of Passport? On the silver addition it is attached to the MB

    Seems to me a hardware issue!
    If it is under warranty ask them to replace phone / fix it!

    Had same issue last year it is a hardware problem, BlackBerry replaced replaced under warranty here are some links that I did back then hope it helps you.

    I contacted @blackberryhelp and got a case number created they then contacted myself via email then they called to go through the usual BBVE checks they then asked to do a reload of the OS which didn't work then they checked the warranty and said to get in touch with the retailer to arrange replacement, in UK It took about 1 week once I sent phone back to get replacement, make sure you backup phone before sending and delete all your stuff off the phone before you send.

    I contacted the retailer,they told they'll take back and do the necessary.
    I really appreciate your help :-)
    By tomorrow I'll do a security wipe and sent the phone.
    I'll update the status.
