One worry I had (that didn't stop me purchasing! ) was how I would use my passport when running. I always took the zed10 in my pocket and used fitness tracker to send to strava.
Had the PP 2 weeks and went for a run.
NO PROBLEM sat in my shorts back pocket, did 7.5km didn't even notice it. Looks like the z10 will get traded in now!

I cycle daily and generally go about 30-40 miles. I have a saddle bag that the Passport goes in. Keeps it protected and out of the elements for the most part..

Without getting too personal, it fits perfectly in the back pocket of my running shorts, moves less than the z10, no hope in the trousers tho, guess it will be a cold winter of runs! Lol

I used an old Samsung Note 2 arm band, I run about 20-30 miles a week. I now have a Polar M400 with GPS so now I just use a little ipod. But you CAN do it and it felt fine (5'-3" tall, 125 pounds, so it should be fine on a DUDE!)

It's really uncomfortable to carry in the gym I usually just use my ipod

Fits in my workout sweats pockets just fine . I jog , lift etc.... Even do kickboxing ! Never falls out like my iPhone use to.
