    Whenever anyone asks what it is, and then I give them a brief overview. Invariably the response is something along the lines of, 'it's like a mini computer'.

    Maybe it's the screen width, or the keyboard, or the trackpad-like capability... but it does feel like a bit more than just a smartphone.

    Well, I once had a colleague ask me if I could bring up a document on my "mini-tablet", referring to the Passport. He clearly didn't see it as primarily a phone. Although I never thought of it before this thread, maybe he didn't realize it was a phone at all.
