He seems honest in his intro and curious to test bb10 accurately.
He complains about Hangout not being available so maybe if someone expert in the workaround for Google services could give him a hand... I don't know how to do it even if I saw there was some threads about it.

This ought to be interesting. iPhone is so extremely dependent on apps. I think he will likely find that to be the biggest barrier. Also, the learning curve for the keyboard is high, peaking around day 3-4. If he can get past that hump he'll be set. I suggest you point him to the keyboard tips thread which is a sticky here.

Well, at least it's easier than my switch from an S 2 to a 9780 :))
The return to a legacy device made me realize the futility of 90% of the apps I had installed and the fact that I can live without them. Now I'm just 200$ away from the Passport. Can't wait :)
