I put my phone face down and noticed the silver berries from the logo on the case fell off. I just popped the rest of them off. Has this happened to anyone else?

It has been reported, yes. The common solution is to clean out the berry holes and adopt a custom "stealth black" appearance.

It is a solution for a very disappointing happening that I'd expect from a product of a lesser quality.

Why not just glue them back in?

Their obviously just glued in with inferior glue to begin with.

Every device has its issues, my friend spend $1000.00 for his iPhone 6+ and has taken it back three times, twice for the bending issue and once because it just died after updating to IOS 8.1.2, I also had a couple of issues with my iPhone 6, I do agree that they should have used a better industrial adhesive though.

Same. Popped the rest off and went all black. No biggie. It's just a case, imo

Sorry but that phone sucks so much... specially because it gets so hot FOR NOTHING. Its not worth it, we shall wait for the new devices being announced next week.

As I type from my PRIV, I can say that's BS. My phone is the AT&T version and Lollipop wasn't any issues once I updated outta the box and it settled down with all the app updates. Marshmallow has improved battery life for me but I don't really see the big deal otherwise. The only time my phone ever gets hot is when I accidently launch several apps while in my front pocket. Happens accidentally since I carry two phones from all the BB10 issues of the last three years. Lock screen fixed that pretty quick.

You are fooling no one, i had two PRIV, returned them all, First was an unlocked from BB Shop, used to get hot with no reason, no reason at all.
Second was an AT&T version and same crap, even with MM update. Those phones are always gonna get hot since they are using SnapDragon 808 well known for having heat issues.

Just return your phone, and wait for the new devices.

What are you talking about? I'm not returning the phone. It's fine. I've only had Marshmallow for like a week but I was fine on lollipop. I guess I've been lucky. I look forward to new android models. Too bad about BB10 and the short time Passport lasted for me. Too many apps wouldn't update for me to necessary runtime.

I've got one off of my AT&T PP as well. Hardly noticeable to anyone but a BlackBerrian.

Great Krypton! This Passport is super!
