    Hello Community,
I know from my old BlackBerry s, that there are Apps out there witch can manually control or set the Notification Light in the Colours that the User want.

What App are you guys Using for the BlackBerry Passport or Silver Edition?

And how was the Experience with it?

Well, you can customize the LED colours with the built-in ability. Not sure I am understanding you correctly, but you don't need an app anymore. The LED colours available are Red, Magenta, Blue, Cyan, Green, and Yellow. I have my BBM blue, text messages Green, emails yellow, calendar magenta, and phone calls red. What more would you need? That being said, a few years ago before the customization was available , I used an app in BBW called LED Notify and it worked well.

    It's built-in.

Good thing about BB10 is, you don't need Apps for quite a number of things, it's already built-in.

How can I Set the LED with the Build in?

    I can see the:
    Notification
    Ringtones, sounds, vibration, LED

    And then what to do?

In the Profiles, choose Normal, then Customise App Notifications. Or choose any profiles you wish to change...

I wouldn't use a constantly blinking LED. It tends to drain the battery pretty fast.

Really? The small LED light will drain my Battery fast?

    Well then better don't right?

I was sure that this small LED Light blinking will not consume that much.

    It does.
I can go to bed with 40% battery left.
Depending on the time when I get a message, I'll wake up to 15 or 10% battery left.
If I put the phone into bed side first, which I have set to only stop sound and led notifications, than the same 40% I'll wake up to no less than 30% left.

That is good to know, thank you very much for sharing your Experience.
I Think it's not so important for me to have the LED Light on for the Net. I want to save my Battery Life Then.
