Hi, my Passport battery died a few days ago. I can't find a replacement. Is there any chance that blackberry starts selling the battery replacement in the futuro? I've only found a battery in China but is not OEM and it's kinda complicated to ship it to Venezuela. Does anybody where i can find a replacement battery? Thanks in advance.

you should still be under warranty, send it back.

The BlackBerry Passport is only less than a year when it was released. It is very demeaning that it will lose its memory within less than a year of life span usage.

Honestly, i replaced the screen. I think that in the procedure the battery may have suffer some damage.. before that it was working fine

Oh! Well if you're prepared to give some details as to what exactly happened and what steps you took up until now, maybe people might be able to give you better advice as to what to do next.
