Have 5 email accounts (one of them is my corporate email), BBM, FB, phone calls (approximately 2 hours), one hour of music, couple of hours of FM radio, some gaming (Angry Birds), CB and it still will last more that 36 hours.
Wow. I use mine almost the same. But 36 is beyond imagination for me. Awesome.

Somehow it gets better with time. From averaging 24 hours to this:

Almost a couple of days with moderate-to-heavy usage.

How many headless apps are you running? And email? Email giving push notifications?

Headless apps: Instant, FlipShush, Clipman, Reminder Now, and Wallpaper Changer HD. Also, the usual FB, Twitter, Whatsapp, BBM and other default apps running in the background.

Emails : two accounts configured with 30 minutes refresh interval. Around 30-50 emails in a day.

What is your Display setting at?

I have several emails, a few headless apps, at times I'm fairly active on it, etc....

But I noticed that once I increased the brightness level, this impacted my battery performance the most.

Try different brightness levels for a few days at a time to see the effect on your battery.

That's where my battery is most consumed :P I have 4 Emails all set to Push. If I put them off to 30. My phone does pretty darn better than the one day easy! But what's the use a BlackBerry If I can't reply my mails quicker than my message

Yeah. I've tried the brightness. But I'm very comfortable with the brightness bar set at minimum. Not used to a very bright screen. But yeah, increased brightness does impact the battery bad!

If you mean the Push option being enabled, then yes that's enabled for both my accounts.

This is what I'm getting for battery life. I think something is up because it's not hitting the two day mark. I pulled it off of the charger at 6pm.

The sharp decline is when I was using the phone. Wednesday night it was resting.

Try adjusting the email settings to interval sync. Doesn't look like any headless application using your battery juice. Also, if you are using any android application, for example, gaming on a ported version or browsing on an android app. The battery is going to squeezed out of your phone like anything. Hope it helps.

I have my email accounts except Gmail synced to interval. When I use an android app I'll typically open the device monitor and close it down in there so it doesn't use much battery. I don't really play games either - I heard that could be the cause for battery drain.

I set brightness to 15%, whites look accurate, and battery lasts ok.
