Hi guys. I need your help. The battery on my BlackBerry Passport drains dramatically. I use it just for the internet browsing and in 3-4 hours the battery is out. This is terrible. I want to make the hard reset, however I don't know how to do that. I read that the volume buttons should be pressed together. But it just makes the screen shot and restarts the Passport. Is the factory reset which can be done from the menu and the hard reset is the same? Please advise what to do to wake up the battery. I just bought it for its capacity battery and I just got the bad surprise.

The last time you charged your battery was on Sunday at 23:41 and when you took the screen shot it was Tuesday at 12:05; so what's your problem again? Is over 36 hours of battery life not sufficient enough?

Give it a couple days, are using wifi or just mobile network? If mobile network only, it could be the problem. Like where I am now, signal coverage is not that good nor stable. It drain battery life pretty bad but it should last for a normal day.
