    How can I do a back up as Black Berry Link no longer works on my Passport ?

    If Link crashes when trying to open/run it, I read somewhere on the BlackBerry forums that it is something to do with the Apple iTunes preferences in the Roaming app data folder. You have to rename it to ".old" or something. Can't find the web page for it right now but it's out there. I backed up my Passport on Windows 10 with Link and changed the apple file successfully. Kinda surprised it was that simple, something to do with syncing issues I believe.

    What I find odd is I don't have anything itunes downloaded. And my link no longer works either.
