You better abuse the phone within 3 days so that you see factory defects. Kimstore will NOT replace the phone and you will shoulder if parts needed to be replaced. Service is free though.

Blackberry has a service center here in the Philippines in Makati? But they dont have sellers here, only globe and smart... hehehe now there is kimstore--grey market? I thought it is Philippines version of Passport. But i have reserved one for me even it is grey market as long there is a warranty

Load the 1418 from rogers Canada. It's way faster and snappier compared to the stock OS.

Actually there is a possible way with regards to warranty its possible to dispute with blackberry so they will honor the warranty even if its not purchase from manila. You will be directed to blackberry HQ for dispute and blackberry HQ will be the one to approve it. you just need to call them and dispute. So no worries about the warranty just incase if its from gray market in the Philippines. As long as you can prove its not a stolen unit they will honor it.. :-)


Of course its also possible that blackberry will DECLINE. It all depends on how you justify.

You misunderstood me. No body can confirm this because its not possible. UNLESS you do it the way i explained it. Did it with my iphone. It took a week for the decision to grant the warranty. They traced my iphone to HK. And checked the actual purchase. Its just you need to justify thats its with in warranty period and its not stolen.

Of course its also possible that blackberry will DECLINE. It all depends on how you justify.

Yes I did. Had it shipped here at my QC address. We're talking about amazon right? That's weird. I forgot what I exactly did to be able to place an order successfully. But somewhere I remember there's an amazon global word. Then international shipping. Try it again using your desktop / laptop computer.

Exactly!! Trust me you don't need to fight your way for a warranty they are very accommodating and customer friendly. Did it twice from apple and otter box. They will be more than eager to assist you. Even be the one to call you mobile phone
