    I understand on 10.3.2 BlackBerry added a Protect feature in which you can not remove the password, even after a security wipe via entering the password wrong 10 times.

    If the BlackBerry ID is locked to the device, is it always locked? Even with an autoloader fresh install I would not be able to use the device?
