Telus got the exclusive to sell the Passport first, but there is no advertising in store or even on the website. (At least not in the 5 stores I've been in). No posters, demos not even the sales people knowing about it. You would think BB would have some advertising going on or have Telus do it. Why give Telus an exclusive if they aren't going to give your product any advertising?

Why advertise when you have nothing to sell?

Why advertise for professionals and business when you have too many orders to fulfil already?

Was in a Telus Store in Red Deer Alberta today, they had a Display complete with a Passport and when I asked if they had a working model they replied YES but I had to wait my turn. Two sales reps gave me a complete demo and let me play with it. Liked the physical keyboard but my shakey hands had difficulty with the on screen portion, maybe the Classic? but the Passport is a GREAT phone.

You are so right but once you understand it wow! It's a really great keyboard.
