Took my passport out of my pocket and to my surprise, 2 of the frets are missing. So this is a warning to those who carry they're phones naked.

Yeah one of mine fell off like a week ago when I started to use a belt clip that exposes the rear of the phone. I found the silver bullet on the office floor.
I attached it back and have went back to my bookcase style holster, this after my Passport falling from the belt clip and chipping.

You call those frets? Those are just logo stickers to me. Frets would be what's in between the keys. Not being a jerk, just trying to ensure the thread is titled properly... :rotfl: Did you really mean frets?
Yeah, this. Those aren't frets. Sorry you've got those logo stickum thingies missing, but eh, put on a case.

I had no idea what to call them, hahaha. frets was the first thing that came to mind

I believe they are called Drupelets in the actual blackberry fruit and then stylised I into the double B of the blackberry logo.

Ah thank you, this quirky thread is a new favorite.

Carrying it naked isn't the only problem. My OEM case has lost all it's stickers as well.

One of mine came off too, been using the hard shell case since then. U can buy replacements on ebay.

I ended up just digging out the rest. I really thought that those were a part of the metal frame.

Are they edible like pretzels??? ;)
To BB or not to BB?
I have kept mine in a case since I've had it. The logo on my case came off too. I'm glad the leather flex shell case didn't have them on there.
