Yeah, please pics. Not that we don't believe you, we're just curious. It's sad to see all these defective devices recently.
You know what they say, no pic = hoax
Superglue it. It's just a sticker luckily not a screen lift.

I don't believe OP at all. Let's see pictures.

I just wanted to say that you have a funny forum name.

Just here to report that my stickers have survived 2 weeks of no case life, and now another 2 weeks of of being under my hard shell case.

I guess it's 3M double side tape that's holding the logo.
Wow just wow speechless...

Can't superglue it back on, I lost it sometime during the day, I don't know how it happened, just was leaving, took the phone off charging in the morning, and felt something not smooth on the bottom, it was peeling off, I contacted blackberry since I bought it from them directly, they gave me a technical assistance phone line to call

Unfortunate, get the hardshell case and take one of the semi circles from it, lol
Or just rock the hard shell case.
But yeah, see what BlackBerry will do, their technical service is treating me well!

That sucks!

Hahahahahaha. Ooops!
Wait until the BlackBerry defenders roll in.
Honest though, there really are QC issues with these devices. I'll also point out that Foxconn would have been a better choice than some Mexico 6 plant to build the Passport. They have much more capability and much better processes. Most likely, the only reason why they didn't do it is because BlackBerry only did a small run of Passport devices and Foxconn doesn't do small runs.

Oh man.. in the other thread, the screen is almost coming off.. now this? How do they quality check the devices?

I am not having any quality issues that mentioned in this forum. But, it is rather concerning based on limited number of device in the real world.

Well another issue I had was some of the keys being lose, specifically the spacebar, q, a, n keys, they wobble around like crazy, you can hear noises coming from them when your finger is on those keys, although, I'd have to take a video, as *some* people would like to suggest I'm lying. They still operate fine for the most part, they just wobble around a lot and make noise, not to mention the keyboard light bleeding through on the edges of the keyboard, again not a huge issue, but they are quality control issues
I just can't understand why they would use stickers for their logo on a phone like the Passport, if there's one area they should make sure to be perfect on, is the representation of their brand on their physical devices. I did order the Amzer TPU case for the Passport last week, I don't know when I'll receive it, sometime this week I believe

2 out of 200000 ?
The stickers explain the cosmetic issue many are having with what looks like a glue stain on the back of the device. If you exhale slowly on the back of your device to steam it up, you will see the stain quite clearly. I believe every single Passport has this issue. While just cosmetic, it's yet another silly oversight.
Hardly, and to add to it, most who do experience this issue will not be posting about it on CrackBerry. There have been three or four fully confirmed cases just on CB of the same type of problem showing up in basically the same areas of the phone and others who are reporting that they are seeing some looseness or separation already. They just never paid really attention to it until they noted that others were having real issues with the screen separating from the frame.
I guess this is what happens when U rush certain product out to the public hands too quick.
They just might skip some quality check just to make sure their production meets the target.
And the targets are those who are quite anxious to get their hands on these outstanding devices.
