I just got my brand new passport SE, and then when I connected it to blackberry link, it couldn't connect so I decided to reload the OS with blackberry link, and now blackberry link shows that the reloading of the OS cannot go to completion. I cannot even turn the phone on .....it just blinks all day....Help please

Download the appropriate autoloader and run it - http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/ it'll fix all that is wrong.
