Hi,

Black Link no longer works when I try to connect phone to laptop.
Contacted my phone provider, EE, who have tried to contact Blackberry who has not replied .EE, advise this is a known problem.

Anyone else experiencing this problem and has anyone found solution?

Are you on a VPN? If you are using a VPN for Netflix let's say, LINK will often not work especially with Windows 10. Also try turning off your Windows 10 firewall temporarily.

Uninstalling LINK and all BlackBerry software and drivers, then using REGEDIT to remove all references to BlackBerry.
Rebooting and using an Administrator Account to reinstall.... might help.

I don't have iTunes and I've tried it all... just will not see my phone
