I tried everything possible, but I can't get BB Link to recognize.
I uninstalled BB Link and went back to Blackberry to install a new one, but my Avast tells me there's a suspicious file and won't let me install it.
    Any help guys?
    Thank you

Remove avast. I don't run an antivirus.

If you've paid, you'll have to put in the work for Link to be an exception of Avast.

Avast is on my desktop, not my Passport.

Turn off the avast shields and then install link. I just had to do this a couple days ago.

Same here Avast won't even let me download the link software. Had to disable it till next boot. Strange and very recent behaviour.
