If they could release this quickly, it would be a HUGE competitor. If they wait too long however, it'll be one step behind (spec wise) just like the other BB10 phones.

I don't care much about specs, but I get excited when I see 3GB of ram and a 3300mAH battery. THE POTENTIAL.

They stated it didn't need a quad core due to the fact that they wanted to optimize it for the duel care agricultural first.

Why was display only 1280x768 resolution ?

It's to keep the resolution for all the apps...

BlackBerry stated they would keep screen resolutions at 720p so that developers would only have to make 2 versions of there app... for the Z screen size and the Q screen size

Oh Man! I think my q10 is perfect so a q30 would be super perfect! Only limitation of the q10 is a small screen.

Although i hope it's not a non-removable battery- please no!

On the other hand, while megapixels are a joke when comparing cameras, 16mp seems to indicate higher camera IQ which is also a low point on my q10 (although i have my full frame dslr to really take photos when needed)

Some of the latest Android phones ship with 3Gb of RAM yet still have 4.0 or 4.1 installed
As far as I can tell (I could be wrong), no mobile OS needs 3Gb of RAM (yet) but will run smoother with more.

Unlike a 64bit desktop OS where 4Gb is the recommended minimum.
