    Just updated and I have noticed that the camera focus is better. From when I first got my passport with the stock 10.3 OS up until now with this new OS, the camera has came a long way.

    mine is an AT&T version and I see the update available on the Blackberry link however unable to update getting an error message "Fatal Error"

    I had a similar problem. Set the voice response to "off", restart your device, then turn the voice response back to "on". Hope this helps

    I used to have 10.3.2.2226 then the phone did an upgrade to 10.3.2.440, now is trying to going back to 10.3.2.2226 What is going on? I think that 10.3.2.440 work better, but it is just a feeling. The phone is a Passport, and acquired directly from BlackBerry the carrier is Telcel. Any expert advice on what to do?

    NO - PP would not update even with sim pulled out.

    Same. Where is my 10.3.2? I note that apple does not have these problems. When a new OS is released, everyone has access that day.

    Unlocked BlackBerry PP, checked OTA and via Link still no update available. I am with US TMO. Cannot wait any more so turned off mobile network, and took out the sim. After a few tries, now it is downloading the new update.
