Did you get it OTA just by checking Software Updates?

I'm not sure but some folks have removed their sim card and tried using the BlackBerry Link but I think their phones are unlocked.

I used to be able to swipe up once to unlock the phone, now it requires several attempts.

Unlocked Passport reporting in (on Orange Romania) and got nothing, even after checking update it tells me it's the most recent (10.3.1.1779)

OTA, 73 Mb. I've been running Blend 1.2 beta, which appears to now be a consumer version. So, at least part of the 9 Mb difference from the smallest upgrade has to be to update Blend to the public version.
