How did you even get sockerticker? It's not Passport compatible yet. Did you do a backup/restore?
BlackBerry Passport signed.
The full version works. Have it installed
PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1052 and z30
It hurts me to see a lot of devs hard-coded width for apps.
The reason some don't work well is because we haven't moved to 10.3 SDK yet. I have updated 2 apps, but I waited till the last second. I waited with 10.3 SDK because the rest of the devices aren't getting it, and testing on Passport simulator.. it's not that nice. Active frames don't work on simulator at all for some reason, so I'm just guessing if it works or not.
It's not as easy to fix an app for a device we don't have or seen at all. Please, in the name of all devs: provide feedback (through email), send screenshots and so on. We can only test partially on simulator
Cheers for the insight.
Do you think it would be good if some of us Passport holders would create a Guinea-Pig group?
Happy for any suggestions on how I can help your development effort!
PassportSQW100-1/10.3.0.1052 and z30
These groups exist already. If you have a dev you want to help, send him an email/PM and if he is in such a group I am sure you will be invited!
The reason is probably many developers aren't used to BlackBerry executing so quickly. Seriously. BlackBerry actually met a launch deadline and had them for sale the next day. Whole new world for developers.

Lame reason in all honesty...doesn't matter if BlackBerry executed on time...devs knew about the passport so should have the courtesy of updating their apps to support the passport. Altho I can understand if a dev has given up on BlackBerry, then they won't be bothered to update their app or apps.

I never go to a new restaurant the first two months after opening.
Let's check back in 90 days and see how things are.

Look at the pictures earlier on this thread. The native apps on BBW have not been updated for the passport yet.

Hey everyone,
Try out my Scanner app on Passport and let me know if it works or not. Here are 100 free copies with the BlackBerry World promo code "SCANNER" . Enjoy!!!
Dev of AutoCrop Scanner
I am a developer. Whether an app works well or not, how many changes are required, depends on the app and how it is coded. I believe all Q10 supporting apps were updated to include Passport automatically, but with an option for developers to opt out. Myself I ensured my apps work on Passport, and my new game awaiting approval, I took special care to build a Passport specific version for best results. If you want develops to put in the work, you need to reward developers that do.
Try Twittly in Beta Zone, works so good on the Passport :) with keyboard scrolling and UI fits perfectly. ;)
