That is because of the original deal Apple struck with AT&T to get the iPhone. Apple gets to push out an update without any carrier approval. And the only way any other carrier gets to sell the iPhone is if they agree to the same deal. Android and BlackBerry are at the mercy of the carrier to do their "testing" of the OS BEFORE it can be pushed out to the phones.

I updated Jan 27th to10.3.1.2072. And it was only from 10.3.0.xxxx and it's a world of difference. Yes it's a great update.

I was trying to wait for OTA but I'm done waiting. Now I can start complaining about 10.4.

I've had the i6 and the software sucked, specially first 2 updates. So, people bought one of the most expensive phone on earth (including me) and had a buggy OS for atleast 1-2 month. Well sorry, but that the biggest BS
