From what I have heard the new OS is being released to the carriers for there final testing than we will start seeing the update pending on the carrier my guess 3 to 6 weeks from now we will see the first signs of the update. As far as I am concerned they can take all the time in the world I would rather get the update in March / April and be perfect then get it this week and have massive bugs. Remember people we are BlackBerry prosumers not iOS users. :-)

It's already past 3 pm here in the Philippines and I am not yet prompted to install the OTA OS update. The last time the official 10.2.1 release via OTA was 2 days late.

its now Feb 27th and nothing seems to be happening yet...typically major OS roll outs are preceded by some other support updates...we have not seen an update to BB Link or Blend to prep them to support all the older BB10 that are about to get the 10.3.1 awesomeness and that worries me

would be pleasantly surprised if 10.3.1 drops as rumored

It's 9:52AM here and no updates, but I've always received my updates around 4 PM so by then I'll lose hope.. I know I said it's highly unlikely, but what can I say I'm addicted. I'm already harassing the check for updates button.

Calm down everyone this isn't Apple we're talking about here. I highly doubt they'll release it this month, it would probably 'start rolling out' sometime in the first week of Feb. You will get it soon enough.

I kind of hope someone important at BlackBerry reads this thread so they can see how little faith their most devoted fans have in them. Maybe, just then, they will realize how important it is to restore that faith. It was a new excitinf os, now I haven't loaded lollipop on my note or nexus 7, or even 10.3.1

It it ain't broke why fix it, my passport is the best phone bar none. They could never update the os again, and I still wouldn't care.

Was it announced by BlackBerry that the update will release on January 27? Or are we just airing the rumours? If BlackBerry officially announced that they'll release the update and then did not, NOT COOL! But, if it was just rumours, then we can't really blame them for not updating.
